Our relationship with clients is based on projects, where an initial briefing meeting will be held to present the type of product to be developed and imported. Through our know-how and extensive range of suppliers , Valoa will offer options based on the established style and with the best cost-benefit.
Once the product is found, together we will develop specific colors and styles that suit our client's project . We can also include custom packaging , labels and even the master box . In the case of clothing , it is also possible to do the entire production based on its modeling.
At the end of production, we will provide you with detailed inspection reports for your peace of mind.
Regarding imports, this can be done directly by the customer or through our partners. But rest assured, Valoa will act as an intermediary for international documents, such as BL, Invoice and Packing List .
Sourcing
We assist in product development, through offers and capabilities of Indian manufacturers. We also provide commercial negotiation and production monitoring.
Documentation Intermediation
The import process is monitored until the end, with the intermediation of foreign trade documents, such as Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Landing.
Inspection
We promote the standardized inspection of our own or third-party productions, in addition to providing statistical reports, with photos and samples of the products.
Trade Importer
If the client does not have their own import structure, we offer the service of partners in Brazil who can bring the goods and deal with Brazilian Customs.
